Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team as part of the new in-house Creative Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print materials, including web graphics, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and event graphics.
  • Work closely with marketing, business units, and service lines to align design strategy with business goals.
  • Elevate and maintain brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Design infographics and visuals that simplify and enhance the storytelling of complex tech products and services.
  • Optimize assets for print, web, mobile, and social platforms while adhering to best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final execution, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality production and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the technology industry or B2B.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, branding, and marketing design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & PowerPoint; experience with Figma, motion graphics (After Effects), and HTML is a plus.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment while collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into creative solutions.
