Job Title: Senior Creative Designer

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and a passion for illustrative design and typography, with experience in graphic design.

This role involves designing high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms, aligned with brand objectives. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets across various mediums.

  • Design high-impact visual elements for digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to achieve branding consistency.
  • Presentation of design concepts, justification of creative choices, and adaptation based on feedback from colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all visual materials meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design with a demonstrated portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms, including asset optimization for performance and speed.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print media.
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in basic motion graphics.
  • UI/UX design skills.
