Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their passion for illustrative design and typography.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative designs: Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
  2. Maintain brand identity: Ensure consistency in all design work by maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with teams: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with the company's goals and messaging.
  4. Design compelling stories: Use design to convey complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
  5. Innovate and adapt: Bring fresh ideas to the table, pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering target audience and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional experience: 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW), strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to work independently and ensure attention to detail.
