Job Title: Archer Security Expert

The role of the Archer Security Expert is to lead and manage security requirements, recommending specific improvement measures to maintain the Security posture of an organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Oversee Risk Governance and Internal Controls
  • Develop Strategic Plans for Cyber Security Enhancement
  • Maintain Customer Policies and SOW Requirements in Line with Deliverables
Team Leadership:
  • Cultivate a Positive Team Culture
  • Foster Professional Development among Team Members
  • Provide Constructive Feedback and Performance Reviews

Key deliverables include adherence to established risk management framework, reported incidents, cost per incident, meeting regulatory requirements, mean time to detect, mean time to resolve, cyber security training, disaster recovery, and employee satisfaction and engagement.

Mandatory skills include GRC Process, Experience (8-10 Years), Reinvent your world, and Effective Communication.
