Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Program Manager to join our Shared Data Services (SDS) team. As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our large-scale business intelligence platform. This is a unique opportunity to work across disciplines and teams, leveraging your expertise in data science, machine learning, and product management to make a real impact on Microsoft's business and our advertising partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to drive monetization, demand, and supply improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer service operations, advertising sales and marketing, insights management, and product management
  • Design and maintain highly integrated reporting platforms and tools to enable self-service analytical capabilities
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy data-driven solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program management or technical product management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related data sciences field
  • Expert hands-on proficiency with scripting and programming languages, including C#, TSQL, DAX, PySpark, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Business Intelligence products suite, including SQL Server, Azure Data Warehouse & Factory, Azure Data Explorer, Tabular Cubes, Power Platform Applications, Databricks, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in data science functions and data visualization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
