Job Title: Website Engineer

This is a full-time opportunity to work remotely on developing and customizing websites using WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, building, and maintaining large-scale WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Utilizing Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for website development.
  • Managing content uploads, data migrations, and integrations on a large scale.
  • Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborating with designers to implement responsive and user-focused layouts.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proficiency in Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF.
  • Foundation in SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms and cloud services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
