Role Overview
This is a high-profile position that combines executive assistance and lifestyle management to support the office of the Supervisory Board.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, service-oriented professional with expertise in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is not mandatory, but exposure to working with senior leaders, UHNWIs, or premium clientele will be highly valued.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and personal/professional appointments with discretion and precision.
- Handle communication workflows, calls, emails, correspondence, and stakeholder coordination efficiently.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, focusing on seamless experiences (flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, hospitality).
- Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
- Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
- Maintain high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.
- Ensure complete confidentiality across all matters.
