Geospatial Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our geospatial endeavors. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Esri software, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Online.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in geospatial analysis and problem-solving.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and project outcomes.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to ensure continuity and consistency across the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, software development, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Esri software and geospatial concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Experience
  • Background in software development, system administration, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and containerization technologies, such as Docker.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
