Job Opportunity: Entry-Level CA
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated entry-level Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed strategic plans, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly/quarterly management information system (MIS) reports.
- Project Coordination: This role involves tracking and updating program-level development timelines and activities.
- Accounting and Compliance: The incumbent will perform periodic general ledger reviews, book closures, and ensure compliance with statutory and internal audits.
- Vendor Management: Contract/agreement reviews and rate negotiations with research and development service vendors are also part of this role.
- Filing and Reporting: Filing of statutory returns is a critical responsibility of this position.
- Qualifications: A CA degree with good communication skills is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and quick thinking are required for this role.
- Technical Proficiency: Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP (GL/FICO), as well as proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, are necessary.
- Teamwork: A team player with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams is required.
