- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations to drive business growth and optimize product listings for maximum visibility.
- Oversee account health metrics, implement measures to maintain compliance, and coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management.
- Investigate and resolve catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support.
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze keywords to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes to ensure seamless operation.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns to leverage targeted advertising.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
