We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Talent Sourcing Intern.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a degree in computer science or a related field who want to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations.

As a Talent Sourcing Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential interviewers for various roles, leveraging professional platforms and maintaining a smooth pipeline for the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers and build a talent pool of interviewers across various industries and roles.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles, shortlist based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensure regular follow-ups, track and report sourcing activities and results.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics, suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
