Billing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to lead our billing and receivables function. The ideal candidate will manage a team of finance professionals, handle client interactions related to receivables, and ensure accuracy in billing and timely collections.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the billing and receivables team.
- Handle client communication related to receivables, billing discrepancies, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align billing with client contracts and resolve disputes.
- Oversee GST compliance and other statutory requirements related to billing and receivables.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and implement effective collection strategies.
- Improve billing processes and drive efficiency in operations.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and present to management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in finance and accounting.
- Knowledge of GST and other relevant laws and regulations.
