Visual Branding Specialist

  • Conceptualize and create high-performing static ad creatives for Meta Ads, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer sectors.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversions.
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with our brand's identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements, including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/direct-to-consumer or digital-first brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
