Job Title: Video Editor

  • Edit captivating videos for various platforms and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling stories and visuals.
  • Deliver high-quality edits that meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Create custom animations for introductions, transitions, and other elements.
  • Use motion graphics to enhance messaging and elevate creative output.
  • Develop animated explainers, teasers, and other formats as needed.
  • Design on-brand static creatives for events, campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
  • Create engaging thumbnails and covers that drive clicks and clarity.
  • Develop responsive channel assets, banners, and layout elements for desktop and mobile.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging visual styles, editing formats, memes, and platform trends.
  • Confidently adapt styles while preserving a consistent visual language.
  • Apply new tools, plugins, and workflows to improve speed and creative output.
  • Assist with adjacent creative tasks such as branding design, static graphics, explainer animation, or campaign visuals.
  • Exercise a flexible, solution-oriented mindset to deliver results.
Skill Set Requirements:
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing in video editing.
  • Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in crafting visually appealing videos.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in video editing, particularly in short films, long-form content, or documentaries.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing edited video work, including both short and long formats.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
