Performance Marketing Role

GrowthBuddy is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join its team, a UK-based digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance through strategic campaign optimization and building strong client relationships.

In this client-facing role, you'll manage end-to-end multiple client accounts, focusing on serving eCommerce clients across various platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients.
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS.
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a humble, driven, and skilled Paid Social Manager with:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
