Procurement Executive

This is a highly demanding role that requires the right candidate to process PO and Non-PO Invoices. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Process PO and Non-PO Invoices in a timely manner
- Resolve invoice exceptions with suppliers
- Have a good understanding of 3 way and 2 way match concepts
- Perform tasks as per guidelines provided in SOP/DTP
- Prioritise multiple activities and manage client expectations
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Commerce or an MBA, with at least 1-2 years of experience in AP. Knowledge of workflow systems such as Ariba is preferred, but not mandatory. Proficiency in Oracle is also desirable.
