End User Computing Specialist

Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical expertise in End User Computing solutions, with a strong focus on JAMF Pro/Cloud administration, Microsoft Intune device management, and security compliance across the global endpoint estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• JAMF Administration: Provide expert-level support for JAMF Pro/Cloud administration, including MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection.
• Microsoft Intune Device Management: Manage and configure Microsoft Intune device management policies to ensure seamless integration with our global endpoint estate.
• Security Compliance: Develop and implement best practices for security compliance across our global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
• Vulnerability Management: Ensure vulnerabilities are patched quickly and compliance levels are maintained through proactive monitoring and mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches, as well as laptop hardware, drivers, and BIOS updates.
• Analysis and Incident Management: Analyze log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues, and manage and triage incidents with relevant teams.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with GCC Engineering, Packaging, Senior Technical Management, Product Owners, and Project Managers to support technology across the collaboration stack.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date support documentation and issue tracking using Confluence and Jira, and publish knowledge base support articles and provide scheduled upskilling sessions.
• Audit Requirements: Ensure the EUC estate meets all audit requirements through regular monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

• JAMF Administration: Expert-level experience with JAMF Pro/Cloud administration, including MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection.
• Microsoft Intune Device Management: Experience managing and configuring Microsoft Intune device management policies.
• Microsoft Autopilot Maintenance and Engineering: Strong understanding of Microsoft Autopilot maintenance and engineering principles.
• Patching and Vulnerability Management: Experience with enterprise-level patching and vulnerability management using tools like SCCM and MECM.
• Group Policy and Active Directory Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in Group Policy and Active Directory troubleshooting.
• MacOS and Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in MacOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Browser Support and Edge Enterprise Mode Configuration: Experience with browser support and Microsoft Edge enterprise mode configuration.
• Automation and Custom Solutions: Ability to deliver custom solutions using automation or other products to address non-standard requirements or provide additional value.
• Compliance-Driven Environment: Experience working in a compliance-driven environment.
• Office 365: Familiarity with Office 365 and its features.
• PKI Infrastructure: Understanding of PKI infrastructure, including certificate management and NDES.
