Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to support our Accounting department in producing accurate and timely financial statements.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 3-5 years of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and record detailed AP, AR and other general accounting transactions.
  • Account Reconciliations: Conduct regular account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Audit Assistance: Assist with internal audits and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Month-End & Year-End Processes: Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge: Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and be able to create complex spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Advanced Accounting Platforms: Have hands-on experience with advanced accounting platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Cloud-Based Reporting: Be familiar with cloud-based reporting systems and able to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as high-level organizational skills.
