We help organizations build Customized Wellness solutions focused on Primary Care aspects such as Fitness, Mental Health, Doctor Teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc. for employees and their families.

This reduces out-of-pocket expenses and creates healthier workforces.

We have streamlined the process of employee health benefits in India to make one platform.

You will have a direct impact on the tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks.

Pushing high-quality code on NodeJS, ensuring Data integrity across multiple data storages (DB/Kafka/S3, etc) while balancing speed/quality will be critical.

As part of your day-to-day work, you will:

  • Process data and information according to guidelines.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and come up with standardized schema.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a data engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of NodeJS, data storage technologies, and software development best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
