Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced web developer who can work collaboratively with our team to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in React.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, with excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Build responsive UI components with HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), and Tailwind/Bootstrap.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.
  • Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8-12 years of professional experience in React.js development.
  • Proficiency in: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks, Context API.
  • Frontend Development: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive UI frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material-UI).
  • State Management: Hands-on experience with Redux/Context API/Zustand/Recoil.
  • API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Testing: Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress (optional).
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Build Tools: Webpack, Babel, Vite.
  • Good Understanding of: Component-based architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
