We are seeking a skilled MFA Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and migrating multi-factor authentication solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Serve as an SME on MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet the security needs of the organization while complying with industry regulations.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in MFA implementation and migration.
  • Expertise in MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
