About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager with a strong background in financial operations, team management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a CA Inter qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 10-18 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance. Alternatively, a CA with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting processes, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and approval structures.
  • Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements, ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
  • Lead Oracle ERP operations, handle data entries, generate reports, and maintain approval workflows.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and tax-related representations.
  • Mentor and lead finance teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and high performance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: CA Inter (Mandatory) or CA with post-qualification experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10-18 years in finance, accounting, and compliance (for CA Inter) or 6-10 years post-qualification experience (for CA)
  • Skills:
    • Strong expertise in financial compliance and regulations
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
    • Proven leadership & team mentoring abilities
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
