IT Automation Architect

The IT Automation Architect will play a strategic role in shaping the company's IT automation framework across infrastructure, cloud, and operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions with a focus on PowerShell scripting, RPA, endpoint management, and backup systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve system reliability and performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to support enterprise-wide automation strategies.
  • Ensure all automation solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a focus on automation and scripting.
  • Deep technical expertise in IT Infrastructure, Scripting (PowerShell), RPA, Endpoint Management, Cloud Services, and Backup Technologies.
Desirable Skills
  • Current MSP experience.
  • Experience with AI tools like Terraform, Chef, etc.
