About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert to join our team at Trine HR Services Private Limited. As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for 3000+ blue-collar employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies, and collaborating with HR and accounts teams to streamline payroll processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective payroll processes
  • Identify and resolve complex payroll issues, providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to compliance standards

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an HR consultancy
  • Expertise in handling HRMS software and managing large payroll systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage payroll complexities
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
