About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and business representatives, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Implement effective defect tracking and reporting processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps/ VSTS/ Jira, as well as other industry-standard testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the requirements listed above, we would welcome applicants with:

  • Mastery of Pega's BPM and CRM tools, as well as relevant automated testing tools.
  • Experience with SQL, Java, Python, or Node.js programming languages.
  • Knowledge of API testing principles and practices.
