• Job Responsibilities:
• Teach children the basics of art and encourage them to explore their creativity.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct demo sessions with students and parents to showcase your teaching skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Formal education in Arts (Painting/Drawing/Sketching)
• Experience:
• Strong subject knowledge and experience in teaching art
• Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)

Benefits:

• Salary Offered:
• Session-based payment structure:
• Rs. 200 per session + Rs.100 per demo for 1-25 sessions
• Rs.250 per session + Rs.125 per demo for 25-60 sessions
• Rs. 300 per session + Rs.150 per demo for 61-80 sessions
• Rs. 350 per session + Rs.175 per demo for 81+ sessions

Additional Benefits:

• Minimum guarantee: Rupees Six Thousand for the first month
• Rupees Twelve Thousand for the second month
• Rupees Eighteen Thousand for the third month onwards
