Job Role:

UK Visa Application Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle initial consultations for UK study inquiries, covering eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists.
  • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert inquiries into registered students.
Application Process:
  • Collect and verify documents from students.
  • Submit files for document assessment via partners.
  • Follow up with partners for offer letters and address delays.
  • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and foreign exchange guidance.
  • Assist in preparing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) documents.
Visa Stage:
  • Prepare students for CAS interviews, including mock Q&A practice.
  • Fill and verify UK visa forms.
  • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa applications through partner systems.
Post-Application Support:
  • Support students in pre-departure activities, such as accommodation and ticketing guidance.
  • Maintain regular communication until the student departs.
Reporting and Evaluation:
  • Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reports, tracking inquiries to registered students, offers, CAS submissions, and visa approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
  • Knowledge of the UK study system, including intakes, tuition fees, and scholarships.
  • Organizational abilities, particularly with documentation and timelines.
  • Clear explanation of financial requirements.
  • Patient and student-focused approach.
Education and Experience:
  • Graduate degree from any field.
  • 1–2 years of counseling/customer service/administrative experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong English skills and a willingness to learn the UK visa process are also welcome to apply.
