Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Unsecured Loan products within the LOS ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, underwriting, credit, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product development.
  • Gather and analyze business and functional requirements to create BRDs and FRDs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive innovation in unsecured lending.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on market demand and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
  • Ensure adherence to lending compliance standards and risk management protocols.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in Unsecured Loan products within LOS.
  • Strong experience in developing BRDs and FRDs for unsecured lending solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Personal Loans, Credit Card Loans, Business Loans, and Microfinance Loans.
  • Expertise in digital lending, alternative credit scoring models, and customer onboarding journeys.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
