Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IGAAP and Ind AS.
  • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely audit closures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/year-end financial closures.
  • Working knowledge of Consolidation of Financials
  • MIS & FP&A Activities:
    • Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS reports and dashboards.
    • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Prepare management presentations and financial insights for regulatory compliance.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Manage accruals, advance settlements, and reconciliations.
    • Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in a corporate finance or FP&A role within a mid to large-sized organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
