Business Analysts play a critical role in driving revenue growth for sales organizations. As a Pipeline Development Analyst 1, you will work closely with specialists, team leads, and managers to provide timely information that supports the competitive pipeline development engine.

The position is responsible for developing and delivering data projects upon request. These projects may include gathering and entering relevant data in CRM systems, identifying additional contacts at companies, researching company background and technical architecture, monitoring companies for changes and releases, enhancing existing dossiers with research, and creating and running pipeline reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

To excel in this role, you will require analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You should also be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in a data related capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
