Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Raw Material Inspection and Production Quality Control:
    • Inspect raw materials for quality and conformance to specifications
    • Conduct regular production quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Maintenance of Quality Control Equipment and Calibration:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on quality control equipment
    • Ensure equipment is calibrated regularly to maintain accuracy and precision
  • C coordinate Quality Plans with Contract Plans:
    • Work closely with contract managers to develop and implement quality plans aligned with contractual requirements
  • Handle Rejection and Quality Issues:
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with production teams to rectify defects and prevent future occurrences
  • Coordinate with Management Representation (MR) for AS9100 and ISO Standards:
    • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
    • Communicate with management representatives to address any concerns or non-conformities
  • Vendor Evaluation:
    • Evaluate vendor performance and supply chain quality
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, procedures, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
