Job Title: Senior Conveyancing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for managing property transactions and conveyancing, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, deeds, and documents related to property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals.
  • Provide expert legal support for property registration, stamp duty, and registration formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and codes.
  • Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities on property-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for all real estate transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title verification and encumbrance checks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate and property law and provide guidance to management accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LLB degree with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong expertise in real estate, property law, and conveyancing.
  • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating agreements, deeds, and documents.
  • Working knowledge of RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.
  • Experience handling property registrations, title verification, stamp duty, and due diligence processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
