Job Title

As a Data Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality data annotation for various workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet business metrics and goals by delivering high-quality data within specified timelines.
  • Update trackers or workflow tools to maintain accurate records of day-to-day work.
  • Ensure that output is quality compliant by following SOPs or manager's instructions.
  • Contribute to project improvement and operational excellence ideas as applicable.
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, adhering to SOPs and defined SLA.
  • Proactively raise issues/alarm that may impact core deliverables or operations to manager or stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and evaluate trends/patterns to recommend generic patterns for translation into rules.
Basic Qualifications
  • Graduate or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Language proficiency in Japanese, including JLPT N3 or above/Bachelor's degree in Japanese.
  • Good English language proficiency, verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering positive customer experiences and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Ability to effectively complete goals or assignments within defined SLA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic level of Excel knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
