Job Description:

At MightyBot, we are seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI-native software that enhances both creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for leveraging machine learning to create innovative solutions and a proven track record of delivering robust production code.

  • Build high-performance AI-enabled products that leverage the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Design and implement efficient search and ranking algorithms, as well as data indexing and query processing systems.
  • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into our production systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in frameworks like Ray being a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a focus on shipping high-quality code.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating LLMs, and working with vector databases.
