Power BI Developer

Our organization seeks an accomplished Power BI developer with expertise in crafting interactive dashboards, data models, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in DAX, and experience with Power Query.

The successful applicant will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-performing Power BI reports. They will also be responsible for connecting, importing, and transforming data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Design and implement complex data models using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
  • Expertise in integrating Power BI with SQL Server, Excel, or other data sources.
  • Experience in Row-Level Security (RLS) and Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, publishing).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present clear insights.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake).
  • Basic understanding of Python/R for data analytics.
