Senior Large Language Model Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Large Language Model Developer to join our team. As a Senior LLM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models tailored to specific business needs.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate across teams to integrate LLMs into production systems and ensure their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals. You will work closely with machine learning engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines and evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for real-world applications
  • Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment
  • Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
  • Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LLaMAIndex, or similar
