Job Title: Unified Communications Expert

About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications expert to design, deploy and manage cutting-edge UC solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, Expressways, PSTN trunking and interoperability solutions.
• Responsibilities include configuring advanced IOS gateway setups, dial peers, DSP resources and survivability strategies for CUBE and Voice Gateway configurations.
• Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Analog Devices, including Analog Gateways, Analog Phones, Fax Devices, DTMF & Dial-tone behavior, FXS/FXO Ports.
• Key responsibilities also include engineering end-to-end call flow designs across multiple platforms (CUCM, Unity, UCCX/UCCE, Expressway).
• Migrate IPT solutions to UCS platforms or cloud-based collaboration environments.

Required Skills:

• Plan and design scalable dial plans, manage bandwidth across WAN links and forecast growth for capacity planning.
• Architect failover strategies, backup systems and DR testing protocols for disaster recovery and redundancy.
• Integrate IPT with third-party systems using integration expertise.
• Lead change advisory boards, document impact assessments and enforce configuration standards for change control and governance.
