Machine Learning Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our organization, where we focus on transitioning machine learning from interesting demos to indispensable products. You will design and develop reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop intelligent products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Build and optimize high-performance search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Create robust evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Experience with AI Agent Stack, including LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, and Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
