Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of robust machine learning systems.

  • Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in designing, building, and deploying AI solutions.
  • Develop clean and maintainable Python code for developing machine learning models.
  • Design and implement end-to-end data science processes, including data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of AI projects.
  • Manage and retrieve data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks.
  • Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • 5 years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks (Flask, Django) for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
