Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Junior NOC Engineer to join our team.

The NOC Engineer will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

The professional will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

  • This is a full-time, remote role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to work flexible hours, good written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and sponsor introducing system changes to improve efficiency
