Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging visual concepts and layouts for campaigns, digital media, print, and social platforms.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling narratives while upholding aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft cohesive campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that breathe life into our ideas.
  • Explore emerging design trends and techniques to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
  • Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance on best design practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related field (agency setup preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take feedback constructively and refine ideas efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
