Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Jr. Art Director to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a creative role and contribute to the development of innovative campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in advertising/design with a strong portfolio, excellent conceptualization and visualization skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with copywriters, visual designers, and client servicing teams to develop innovative ideas that meet brand objectives.

You will need to translate client briefs into compelling, visually strong concepts and supervise and guide designers in executing creative work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing creative campaigns that engage audiences and drive results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts that meet brand objectives

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in advertising/design with a strong portfolio

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools
  • Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and campaign design
