Drive success in interior project management by overseeing site execution from planning through handover, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily on-site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to address challenges and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site issues promptly.
  • Prepare comprehensive site reports and assist in procurement and material management to streamline project workflow.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Possess 1-4 years of experience in interior project/site execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Have strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Demonstrate working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
