The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing and processing invoices along with providing resolutions for the invoices
  • Resolving all vendor queries and requests coming via emails/tickets within the agreed SLA
  • Reviewing and validating basic essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
  • Maintaining a tracker of exceptions and ensuring Invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker
  • Maintaining exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention
