Support the Founder in their daily operations, strategy and personal well-being by managing their calendar, travel arrangements and personal tasks. This role combines executive assistance, project management and personal training to drive the Founder's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Founder Support
    • Manage the Founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
    • Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips.
    • Track birthdays, social events and personal commitments to ensure timely execution.
    • Refill and organize personal supplies and essentials.
    • Ensure car cleanliness and maintenance schedules are up-to-date.
    • Handle gifting, printing and parcel pickups/deliveries.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Operations & Team Management
    • Lead operational execution, including scheduling, workflows, communications and follow-ups.
    • Monitor attendance, payroll and team bandwidth.
  • Project & Strategy
    • Ensure clear meeting documentation, including notes and actionable follow-ups.
    • Use productivity tools like Notion, Asana and Google Workspace to streamline workflows.
    • Partner with the Founder on brand strategy, pitches and business development.
    • Conduct research, audits and prepare strategic presentations.
    • Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects.
  • Personal Training & Wellness
    • Conduct daily personal training sessions as required.
    • Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress and ensure safe, effective sessions.
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate degree in Business or related fields.
    • 1-2 years of experience in EA, operations or support roles.
    • Certified personal trainer (preferred) or demonstrable training experience.
    • Valid driving license.
