Senior Digital Designer

This role is perfect for an innovative and detail-oriented digital designer who is passionate about creating visually compelling infographics, UI/UX designs, videos, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing infographics for websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, online ads, and interactive content aligned with marketing goals and deep tech branding.
  • Transforming wireframes into intuitive, conversion-focused designs, performing performance analysis on assets, and iterating based on user feedback and campaign analytics.
  • Creating videos that tell compelling stories, demonstrate use-cases etc.
  • Maintaining a unified brand identity across platforms and campaigns, reflecting the startup's advanced technology positioning.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly visuals, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and user experience goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital design (ideally for tech-driven environments); deep tech or startup experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Video), Figma, Sketch, and knowledge of basic HTML/CSS; motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus.
  • Demonstrated creativity, technical skill, strategic thinking, and ability to visualize deep tech ideas with portfolio samples.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams with tight deadlines.
