Senior Analytics Expert

Seek a seasoned professional with deep expertise in advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements from business users, analysts, and senior management to translate into actionable insights.
  • Integration & Automation: Implement data integration workflows using scripting languages (IronPython, TERR) and automation services.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  • Strong command over data functions, advanced visualizations, and SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lake architectures.
  • Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
