Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Driver to join our team in the Goa and South Maharashtra market. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Manage key accounts and agent models for non-GST customers to ensure optimal results
  • Deliver periodic targets for the given area and implement company priorities in trade
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in direct channel sales
  • Familiarity with the Goa and South Maharashtra territory
  • Experience of handling key accounts
  • Knowledge of Marathi language is an added benefit
