Innovative Psychometrician

Our ideal candidate is a skilled psychometrician with expertise in AI-driven innovation, looking to leverage their skills in test development, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role involves designing and implementing AI-based programs to optimize psychometric processes, utilizing generative AI tools and prompt engineering.

• AI Program Development
  • Design and integrate AI-based programs to optimize psychometric processes and data analysis.
  • Utilize AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages.
  • Collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.
• Psychometric Tool Development
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Create innovative test items for specialized evaluations.
  • Manage R&D projects using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Consulting & Client Support
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customized assessments and personalized reports.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customized tools.
  Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education
    • MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
  • Skills
    • Technical: Advanced use of generative AI tools, knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, strong project management and organizational skills, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
