U.S. Accounting Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled accounting professional to lead our Timesheet & Billing team. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in U.S. Accounting, with expertise in Timesheet & Billing management, payroll processing, and account reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Timesheet & Billing team by providing leadership and guidance to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Process timesheets and generate invoices for VMO & NVMO consultants.
  • Prepare monthly hours and sales reports to track team performance and revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Payroll, Audit, and Assignment teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and submit miscellaneous invoices, record miscellaneous income/revenue, and approve payroll & billing adjustments.
  • Resolve timesheet and pay-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to audit queries in a timely manner.
  • Review contracts for billing, MSP fees, discounts, payment terms, and other accounting clauses.
  • Track contract amendments and notify relevant teams accordingly.
  • Handle billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams effectively.
  • Ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints and manage tenure discount communications.

  • Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Proven ability to understand US billing & payroll processes.
  • Effective cross-functional communicator with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
